Discover Florence: Santa Croce, Artisans and Authentic Flavors

This tour will focus in particular on representing our cuisine at its best.

Itinerary

Leg 1 :
Meeting point (9:00 am)

Meet in Piazza Santa Croce, in front of Dante Alighieri statue.

Leg 2 :
Departure

Together, we will go to a local home, where our class will begin.

Leg 3 :
Cooking class

This tour will focus in particular on representing our cuisine at its best. We will start by preparing two different types of pasta: Gnocchi with tomato sauce and Ravioli with spinach filling and butter and sage sauce.

Leg 4 :
Florentine T-Bone steak

Then, we will move on to savour a Florentine T-Bone steak with mashed potatoes, all served with different wines to enhance the food flavour.

Leg 5 :
Dessert

Last but not least, we will savour a delicious home made dessert which we will prepare together.
